  • RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS

    We’re so excited that you’re interested in making The Retreat your home! As part of our application process, we'll be asking about the information included below. This process is utilized to screen all applicants to ensure the best quality of The Retreat.


    CREDIT

    Do you have a good credit score and history of making payments on time?


    CRIMINAL

    Do you have any criminal convictions? We appreciate your honesty!


    INCOME

    Do you make more than 2.5 times the amount of your monthly rent?


    RENTAL HISTORY

    Have you always paid rent on time and been an outstanding tenant?


    $50 APPLICATION FEE

  • PET POLICY

    At The Retreat, we love our furry friends. To ensure the highest quality of life for all residents and pets, we ask that all residents follow the pet restrictions and guidance listed below. Additional questions about our pet policy? Please contact us!

    • We welcome cats, dogs, birds and fish. At The Retreat, we do not have any breed or weight restrictions on dogs.
    • Please contact us for approval regarding any other type of pet.
    • Renters insurance is required for all pet owners.
    • We allow two pets per unit.

  • UTILITIES

    All fees will be billed with your rent on a monthly basis. 


    ELECTRIC

    Residents are responsible for electric set-up and monthly payment to The Retreat's provider, Cass County Electric.


    INTERNET

    20 mb internet provided by 702 Communications is included in rent and ready to use at move-in.

    GAS, WATER, SEWER & TRASH 

    These utilities are included with apartment rent. Townhome residents are responsible for payment of gas, water, sewer & trash.


    PARKING

    Studio and one-bedroom units receive one underground parking spot included with rent. 

    Two- and three-bedroom units receive one underground parking spot and one single stall garage included with rent.
